An inspiring evening. Antony welcomed his audience in and made some genuine connections with people. I have seen a number of mediums over the years, but Antony was more open than most, never forcing a link where one was obviously not apparent. An interesting Q&A session at the end of the evening let us in to his history and beliefs about the path he had taken. This is a form of massage drawing on a variety of techniques which focus on the manipulation of soft tissue, to correct any muscular tissue imbalances caused by injury or overuse. Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Sports Massage uses different procedures which concentrate on correcting problems and imbalances. These soft tissue imbalances can be caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma.The application of Sports Massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

This treatment is a deep massage which uses soothing oils in conjunction with warm basalt stones.
It is a form of massage therapy making use of the warmth of the stones which is beneficial to soothe an aching body.
The hot stones can increase a sense of relaxation and calm when placed on the body’s energy centres.
Hot Stone Massage can boost circulation, release tension, increase relaxation, recharge energy levels, and relieve muscle tension. It can be beneficial for people with muscular pain, poor circulation, stress, insomnia, depression, rheumatic and arthritic pain, and autoimmune disease.

Deep Russian Tissue Massage focuses on manipulating deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.

This was the first time I had been to Antony for a spiritual healing massage . Antony checked first the amount of pressure I was happy with and also ensured he was aware of any issues  I had before starting. He was in tune with exactly what I needed and made me feel very relaxed throughout.  At the end of the treatment I felt so blissful and a lot calmer . Tbh I almost fell asleep at one point.
