An inspiring evening. Antony welcomed his audience in and made some genuine connections with people. I have seen a number of mediums over the years, but Antony was more open than most, never forcing a link where one was obviously not apparent. An interesting Q&A session at the end of the evening let us in to his history and beliefs about the path he had taken. Sports Massage uses different procedures which concentrate on correcting problems and imbalances. Deep Russian Tissue Massage focuses on manipulating deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
